She is interested in the roles of government agencies that monitor the environment and public health. Her reporting has taken her to South Dakota, to observe the federal health system serving Native Americans, to Tampa, to visit clinics offering banned treatments, and to Facebook, where fake medical claims proliferate unchecked.
